Role Description
As a self-employed Field Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive, uncapped commissions by building relationships with small businesses and helping them understand the value of SumUp products. Using our extensive product toolkit, you can act as a solutions consultant, offering all solutions in-house.
We are building an ambitious Field Sales team and seek individuals passionate about sales, driven to succeed, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Our goal is to support and empower more business owners, and we need your help to achieve it.
What you’ll do
* Identify and engage high-potential clients within your designated territory, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses
* Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver persuasive product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of SumUp's Card reader and POS solutions
* Communicate our products' value proposition and unique selling points effectively, addressing client needs and objections
* Proactively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted activities
You’ll be great for this role if
* You have demonstrated success in a prior Field Sales role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other point-of-sale solutions
* You can consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and fostering long-term client relationships
* You have in-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local SMBs
* You have experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling, and building lead pipelines
