This position is responsible for preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and preparing monthly management accounts.About the role:• Act as a financial business partner to the commercial team to ensure accurate and realistic budgeting and forecasting• Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement• Multi-skill with other areas of the finance team to ensure we have cover for all rolesKey Accountabilities of the role:-Financial Reporting and Analysis• Assist in the preparation of the commercial annual budgets and monthly forecasts• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual commercial reports for circulation to the leadership team• Prepare monthly management accounts for two business units• Support the commercial sales teams, adding insight and challenge to the budgeting• Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations• Collaborate with the sales, marketing and operations teams to prepare detailed costingsAbout You:Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Food manufacturing experienceHighly numerate and literateHigh level of attention to detailExcellent Excel and IT skillsThe Company:Noble Foods is a family-owned company which began in 1920 and includes successful milling, poultry, agriculture, and consumer foods businesses.
