You will be responsible for listing unique investment deals onto the open market and taking ownership of the process from listing until sale agreed. Listing properties onto the sales market Register and build rapport with potential home buyers and investors Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to all parties Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors Maintain accurate records of all sales activities on internal CRM Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships What you will have Up to date experience in residential property sales Proven track record of listing and selling residential properties That killer instinct and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail A keen interest in how property investment works Full UK driving licence and access to a car This is not your average role within residential property sales, or your average business within the property sector The firm are multi Award Winning and I see their main point of difference being how much they are dedicated to advancing and developing their people.
