We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Audio Typist to start work immediately on a permanent basis. The firm cover a wide range of disciplines and would be keen to find someone with previous Conveyancing experience. Audio typing will be the main bulk of the work and we would need the person to have previously worked as a legal secretary. Knowledge of working with a case management system is desired but not essential. The hours will be Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm.

* Keeping SRA compliance/training up to date
* Main point of contact for reception/telephone
* Assisting with the production and editing of confidential documents, letters and correspondence.
* Liaising with the courts and filing documents
* Putting together bundles and court documents

* Archiving and filing
* Setting up new files and carrying out AML checks
