Application Support Analyst
Location: Meriden, Solihull (On-site)
We are seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide expert technical support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2nd or 3rd line technical support, with expertise in troubleshooting software issues and enhancing system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
* Work with Power Platform, Dynamics Sales, and Plugins to configure and enhance system performance.
* Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to support application improvements.
* Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
* Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve future support.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics Sales, and Plugins.
* Proven expertise in 2nd or 3rd line technical support within a software/application environment.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
* Experience with ITIL processes and best practices (desirable).
