Chef required for an immediate start working with a successful family operated hotel. This is a permanent position and is based in Lurgan. The successful candidate will work 4 out of 6 days per week Wednesday to Monday. Shift times are 10am to finish which is approximately 9pm. The annual salary is £30,000. The postholder would work closely with the Head/Second Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the culinary function including providing lunch/evening service as well as servicing functions and weddings. Duties will include menu planning, ordering stock and sourcing suppliers, quality assurance, stock management and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
