Zen Educate is looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support a special school within a mainstream setting in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. This role involves working with students from Reception to KS2 who have a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, profound and complex conditions, and challenging behaviors.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support throughout the school day, assisting with learning, playtime, lunchtime, and other activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
While experience with special educational needs is beneficial, enthusiasm, dedication, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact are the most important qualities.
