My Client, an Energy Company based in the heart of Edinburgh, has a very exciting contract for approximately 3 months.
An individual with office management and people coordination experience within a corporate or sales environment is required.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working and possess strong interpersonal skills to successfully complete this role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise HR processes and systems.
* Manage operational tasks related to employee background checks, including onboarding, transfers, perks, and departures.
* Communicate people policies and processes to employees.
* Manage the Edinburgh office on a daily basis, maintaining health and safety regulations.
* Ensure the office is tidy and stocked with supplies.
* Ensure the internal team has the tools and spaces to provide clients with the best experience when visiting the office.
Working hours: 5 days in the office, 9 am - 5 pm.
