Let’s grow together … What you’ll be doing As the IT User Technology Manager at Paragon Bank, you'll play a crucial role in leading an exceptional IT Service supporting the underpinning technologies that enable our users to work effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Team Management : Overseeing a small team engineers ensuring clear, structured development plans are in place in line with Paragon’s technology strategy Operational Excellence : Ensuring that all technologies under your remit are operated in line with Paragon's service requirements, maintaining the right levels of operational resilience and security. Change and Improvement : Configuring, deploying and securing our users technologies through enterprise toolsets such as Intune Process Documentation : Ensuring that all processes executed by your team are well-documented, actively reviewed, and continuously improved. Leadership Support : Deputising for the Head of IT Infrastructure and Cloud, acting as a key point of escalation for our user technologies under your remit. About You What you’ll bring to the team As well as a combination of technical experience coupled with management ability, you’ll need Experience in Intune, Office365 (including Sharepoint), PC hardware, EntraID and Active Directory Experience in Video Conferencing technologies (ideally Teams Rooms and Polycom) Demonstrable experience in line managing technical engineers Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent proficiency in written and oral communication Ability to work under pressure, taking the lead on critical issues to ensure a fast resolution whilst managing key stakeholders Proactively analyse potential risks and manage their mitigation in alignment with Paragon’s risk framework. Working hours 37.5 Hours a week through a hybrid model of working driven by the needs of the business.
