Responsibilities
1. Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes effectively
2. Collaborate with Human Resources to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
3. Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
4. Utilise tools such as PeopleSoft for candidate sourcing and tracking
5. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Skills
1. Proficiency in using ATS and HR software
2. Strong social media management skills
3. Excellent communication skills for candidate engagement
4. Ability to manage relationships effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
