A luxury brand based in West London is looking for a CRM & Digital Manager to join their growing Digital function.
You will report to the Head of Digital and be responsible for developing the CRM and email marketing channel to drive brand awareness, traffic, enquiries, new customer monetisation, and attributed revenue.
You will lead on all things HubSpot, so previous experience with this is essential. You should ideally have some experience in Digital Marketing, specifically around the Paid space.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop CRM structure and strategies to enhance customer data quality, categorisation, and utilisation, and introduce automation to improve client experience throughout the life cycle.
2. Plan & deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and optimised email templates to drive improvement.
3. Explore automated email flows - new subscriber confirmation, enquiry flow, and more.
4. Improve customer life cycle processes, customer segmentation, automated flows, and triggers.
5. Work with the broader marketing, content, and sales teams to develop new creative strategies utilising best practices and customer journey insights.
6. Monitor results and optimise campaigns to meet KPI goals.
7. Complete HubSpot implementation, working closely with the Head of Digital.
8. Develop paid marketing channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and new enquiries.
Experience:
1. In-depth experience using HubSpot.
2. Ideally 4+ years of experience in the luxury or arts space within CRM, Digital, and Email.
3. Background in email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing, customer personas, and CRM management.
4. Comfortable with data and analytics for reporting.
5. Passion for CRM and Digital.
6. B2C and B2B experience.
