Job Overview
The Advocate Group seeks an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to lead our regional teams in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business performance. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will collaborate with regional leaders to design and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
About the Role
This is a senior HR leadership role that requires a strong understanding of HR practices, employee relationships, and organizational change management. You will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, driving organizational change, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. In addition, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and support performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.
* Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention; identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
* Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
* Performance Management: Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
* Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
* Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change, providing guidance and support to employees during periods of change.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner/manager role, in a regional or multi-site environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships and HR Strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
