Context Keolis is offering full-time, paid Co-Op position at our Boston Headquarters location to assist in the development and execution of HR projects to improve HR analytics, performance management, Leadership, and HR optimization across all our business units. Missions Data Analysis and Reporting · Develop HR reports and dashboards using a range of databases and business intelligence platforms. · Program daily, weekly monthly reports to support data driven decision making and action planning. · Reviews and analyzes data and trends thereby providing more effective and efficient agency operations. · Develops and distributes Monthly HR report and dashboard · Communicate on-going production status updates to project team, including any predictable barriers impacting timely completion of deliverables. Types of projects include : HR Process Documentation, Keolis Leadership Framework model adoption and implementation, Monthly HR Management Report, Employee Handbook revision Profile The applicants: · should be graduated from a Master in one of the following majors: human resources, communication or management. · Have an experience in HR and data analysis · Have experience managing and reporting on projects, including making recommendations on prioritization. · Have the following skills: High proficiency in MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Teams, & Excel), strong project coordination skills, strong data analytical skills, intermediate Microsoft Power BI skills and ability to use Cognos BI reporting Marché principal le plus proche: Boston Segment de l’offre d’emploi: Data Analyst, HR, Business Intelligence, Performance Management, Database, Data, Human Resources, Technology
