Responsibilities
will include but not be limited to:
1. In conjunction with the divisional Director, create a clear vision and strategy for the desk with relevant milestones in place to measure performance
2. Inspire others to turn those strategic goals into reality
3. Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business to build on your database of new clientpanies
4. Involvement in the strategic direction for the team, from hiring to market mapping
5. Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market
6. Ignite and embed a positive and agile culture of change. Drive passion andmitment through your teams, LEAD FROM THE FRONT
The ideal candidate profile:
7. 2 years + of previous experience.
8. Proven experience of working in agency recruitment.
9. Business Development experience.
10. Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
11. Outstandingmunication and influencing/interpersonal skills
12. Professional/self-motivated demeanor and attitude, a team player
13. Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
