A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, forward-thinking Brand Manager to join an innovative and growing team.
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, this is a chance to shape the future of consumer brands and leave your mark on a rapidly evolving market.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Play a key role in driving brand awareness and sales by supporting high-profile ATL and BTL marketing activities.
* Lead and deliver exciting campaigns and partnerships, including celebrity collaborations and charity initiatives that align with the brand's values.
* Manage media buying and campaign execution, overseeing offline BTL communications, sampling programs, and more.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling brand plans and ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Keep the brand's assets and promotional materials fresh, relevant, and compliant with industry standards.
* Contribute to the planning of engaging internal and external marketing events and prepare impactful brand presentations for sales, events, and export teams.
* Keep campaigns on track by managing budgets, tracking expenditure, and ensuring all activities are within scope.
What We're Looking For:
* 4-5 years of brand management and marketing experience, must be within FMCG.
* Ideally a background in FMCG healthcare, nutrition, personal care, or beauty.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to craft both consumer and technical content with ease.
* A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves managing multiple projects and deadlines.
* An organised, adaptable team player who embraces change and brings fresh ideas to the table.
