Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and economic needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized intervention plans based on client assessments.
Provide counseling and support to clients and families facing various challenges.
Advocate for clients' access to essential services, resources, and support programs.
Coordinate with other professionals and community organizations to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes.
Participate in training and continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and regulations.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure for social work practice.
Strong understanding of social work principles and ethics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and professionals.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in case management and crisis intervention.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.17
