We are seeking dynamic and versatile individuals to join our team and create magical learning environments for our children across the Wishford Nurseries. You will be allocated a 'home' Nursery but be expected to travel to our other settings when required, offering you the chance to work with a larger staff team, experience greater variety in your workplace and the opportunity to deliver a wider variety of activities within your working week.
Each of our day nurseries, Learning Curve Day Nursery & Heathcote House Nursery, has its own distinctive character and ethos, so we can guarantee that no two days will ever be the same!
Hours, Salary & Benefits:
Hours: Full time and part time opportunities available, but a minimum of 20 hours is required per week.
Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour/£13,520.00 pa depending on experience & qualifications. Salary due to increase April 2025.

Skills:
* An excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Experience in planning inspiring activities for children aged 0-5
* Have a completed Early Years Level qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Be confident in creating a stimulating environment that enables children to become confident learners
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with our children, parents and staff
Responsibilities:
* To plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focusing on individual child’s interests
* To ensure a safe, stimulating environment is maintained for children while overseeing the implementation of activities
* To work alongside the staff team to ensure that you are helping to fulfil the ethos of each Nursery
* To work with all staff in promoting good staff practices and ensure the safety of the children and their environment
* To liaise with and fully support your room leader
* To ensure that all child development records are updated, where applicable
* To discreetly attend to young children’s toileting needs
* To agree to the policies and procedures and carry them out to the best of your ability
* To adhere to all nursery policies on safeguarding, health and safety and food hygiene etc.
