Job Title: Internals Manager Start Date: ASAP Location: Tunbridge Wells Day Rate: £220 - £250 Client: A Tier 2 Contractor who specialise in Steel Frame Industrial units, Distribution Centres and Retail Units is looking for an Internals Manager to oversee the Fit Out of a new build industrial unit. Works will include, new internal offices, installation of mezzanine floors, partition walls, full M&E Installation and decoration. Responsibilities: Managing internal fit-out packages, ensuring efficient and seamless construction. Ensure the quality of works completed on site are to standard/spec Overseeing contractors and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. Ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment. Proactively managing risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success. Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency. Requirements: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Background working on internal fit out packages in warehouses or offices would be advantageous Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
