Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Clean the accommodation units and communal areas of the resort efficiently and effectively to the high standards expected.
2. Replenish supplies in the accommodations as required.
3. Changing bedding and towels.
4. Dealing with guest requests quickly and professionally.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
3. Good communication skills.
4. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
5. Will be flexible and willing to help others.
Conscientious, hardworking, and have a 'can do' and positive approach. The role demands 30 hours of work per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a rotating shift basis. Own transport is required due to the location of the resort.
