Job Description My client, a specialist consultancy are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to work on a Water project and be based in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis. This position can be a permenant or contract (inside ir35) role. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to work on a water project seconded to the client in the West Midlands area. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and managing contracts including scoping, pricing, and schedule creation. * Working closely with the procurement team on tendering, supplier selection, and contract awards. * Providing accurate live forecasting and reporting, ensuring project financials are properly managed and monitored. * Managing costs, assessing variances, and ensuring compliance with project budgets. * Delivering robust project controls and reporting on project progress, including risk, opportunities, and financial audits. * Engaging with site teams to ensure continuous commercial performance improvement and delivering project innovations. Key Candidate Criteria: 1. Strong commercial experience in the Utilities sector Water project experience is desirable 2. Extensive pre- and post-contract experience in a commercial role. 3. NEC Contract experience 4. Minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a
