Location: Bradford / Hybrid Working Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday – Friday Role Overview: The role is in the Asset Planning & Network Engineering function at Yorkshire Water. The Graduate Programme is a two-year opportunity offering five structured placements within the business area, intended to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become future leaders in the sector. Responsibilities: Identify and lead investigations into asset performance shortfalls or opportunities. Lead projects, ensuring that solutions to asset performance issues are fully investigated. Use hydraulic analytical tools to assess the impact of interventions on network performance. Design and promote solutions for maintaining serviceability performance. Undertake detailed investigations for DWI reportable incidents and provide engineering support to colleagues. Development Opportunities: Customised development programmes, support from managers and mentors throughout the two-year programme. Requirements: Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar discipline. Full Clean UK Driving Licence. Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
