Job summary ARE YOU a highly motivated, organised and flexible receptionist? If so, we are looking for a full-time Band 2 Receptionist to be based at the St Albans Health and Wellbeing Centre We are seeking an experienced and motivated receptionist to work Monday - Friday, 9-5pm. The receptionist is the first point of contact for all patients and visitors to this busy centre. Main duties of the job Applicants must have good organisational skills, a range of office skills and experience in working in reception/administration. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will have both face to face and telephone contact with service users on a daily basis. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all required for this post. A knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. Part of this role will require the successful applicant to be flexible to provide receptionist cover for holiday/sickness when required, this will involve travelling to other centres within the locality. A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,192 per annum pro rata.
