So, if youre ready to take your payroll expertise to the next level in a supportive and progressive environment, apply today The Role As a Payroll Officer, you will assist in delivering an efficient and accurate payroll function to ensure timely payment of salaries across our organisation. Specifically, you will collate and verify monthly payroll data, support the running of payroll, and ensure the accuracy of postings to the nominal ledger. Youll also be responsible for reconciling payroll-related accounts and addressing queries promptly. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will liaise with our Payroll Bureau to ensure accuracy, and reconcile payroll bureau reports. Additionally, you will: - Help prepare payroll for Isle of Man staff - Process payroll invoices - Prepare BACS schedules - Ensure payroll creditors are paid on time About You To be considered as a Payroll Officer, you will need: - Proven experience in payroll processing and working with computerised payroll systems - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Confidence in responding to payroll queries and working within a small team environment The closing date for this role is Tuesday 28th January 2025 at 11.59pm.
