Paying up to £28k (pro rata for 35 hrs p/w) Based in Rochdale, our client is a highly successful manufacturing business that are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant / Credit Controller to join their busy finance team. This is a hybrid permanent job opportunity working 4 days per week in the office, and 1 day from home. THE JOB Reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, as Accounts Receivable Assistant / Credit Controller your responsibilities will include: Managing and resolving queries for a number of large retail accounts General account query resolution and payment chasing Managing inbound customer account related correspondence Posting and allocating payments received This job opportunity will also cover their busy front of house reception every Friday and during the Receptionist’s holidays. As Receptionist your duties will include: Answering phone calls Welcoming visitors Dealing with both incoming and outgoing mail Maintaining the meeting rooms and ensuring the meetings calendar is up to date THE PERSON The ideal Accounts Receivable Assistant / Credit Controller will have experience of working in a busy finance team and will have in-depth experience of working within accounts receivable and credit control. Experience of using SAP would be advantageous and manufacturing experience would be desirable.
