About the Role:
When receiving and completing the required training for the use of the asset management system, you will then be the person to oversee it. You will be able to run, control, and maintain the asset management system. Become the main person internally and externally to assist with the use of the system. To give training to new users and be the go-to person.
Location: Bamber Bridge, Lancashire
Hours: 50 hours per week, 06:00 am - 16:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
* Management of the system
* Training new users to the system both internally and externally
* Liaising with Map 16
* Manipulating dashboards
* Creating and adapting exports from the system
* Building platforms for new workstreams when required
* Creating shape files for jobs that are over a large scale area
* Adding items to the system that will help with different job requirements for both on-site teams and back office reporting
* Ensuring the inputs and outputs are accurate
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
* Computer literate
* Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, internally with other departments and externally with parties such as the client and subcontractors
* Ability and confidence to communicate with site teams
* Confidence in training people on how to use the system
* Experience using mapping systems – ideally Map16
* Experience in the wastewater industry
* Should be well presented and professional.
