We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The role:
1. Organize and coordinate office procedures to ensure efficiency.
2. Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
4. Provide comprehensive support to directors and employees.
5. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
6. Assist with payroll processing and employee onboarding.
7. Manage office budgets, invoicing, and procurement processes.
8. Negotiate contracts with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
9. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
10. Liaise with facility management vendors for cleaning and catering.
11. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and visitors.
12. Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Experience in the fashion or textile industry is an advantage.
6. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
7. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
