Responsibilities:\nâ¢\tProvide telephone technical support to South Lanarkshire Council Establishments, providing advice and problem solving expertise on technical problems and queries\nâ¢\tProblem resolution will be mainly using remote tools such as NetOp or Centrastage\nâ¢\tEnsure systems are updated on a real time basis including detailed and accurate call notes\nâ¢\tEnsure calls are progressed and closed in line with contracted service level agreements\nâ¢\tEscalate any issues on call progression or customer issues (Some equipment handling may be required)\nâ¢\tProvide support for site visits to schools to resolve problems which we are unable to address remotely \nâ¢\tParticipate in project work such as installations and software rollouts\nâ¢\tIdentify and deliver improvements in tools/processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction Required skills:\nâ¢\tStrong multitasking and problem solving abilities \nâ¢\tExcellent communication and inter-personal skills, via phone \nâ¢\tStrong planning, organising and prioritising abilities \nâ¢\tCustomer focused \nâ¢\tFlexible to cope with change, be proactive and adapt quickly to a developing type of service delivery \n\nImportant information:\nThis vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.
