RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* Working closely with the Reservations Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of every request from enquiry and point of booking
* Coordinating the complete delivery of every guest requirement, from the point of booking, and throughout the stay
* Offering a warm welcome to guests on property, ensuring that they are equipped with everything they need for a comfortable stay
* Responding to in-stay requests with grace, and resolving issues seamlessly, and in a timely manner. Maintaining clear communications with the Guest at all times.
KEY TASKS:
* Coordinate and deliver all guest requests, which might include car transfers, grocery shopping, excursions, baby-sitting, restaurant reservations etc.
* Working closely with nominated suppliers to fulfil guest requirements, including coordinating property access
* Welcoming the guest on property, cross-checking ID and payment method where required. Conducting property walk-through in line with DS standards
* Timely handling of all in-stay guest requests, including some out-of-hours requests
* Handling and logging guest complaints, aiming to resolve where possible, or escalate immediately
* Managing payments and deposits, ensuring that guest data is stored securely and accurately.
