This role is within our central London Commercial Agency Team.
Role and responsibilities
* Produce pitch documentation such as tenders, heads of terms, terms of engagement, market reports and cash flows
* Assist and lead pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services that Eddisons provides
* Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions, which support the clients' core business plans and objectives
* Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
* Work with management to improve team processes and consistently update them with significant deal information
* Work with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems
* Provide training and advice to Graduate Surveyors in the team for APC training, as well as guidance to already qualified surveyors
* Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities
Experience
* Qualified chartered surveyor with at least 1 year's experience
* Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
* Experience using CRM systems
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
