Summary:
As a Recruitment Resourcer at Utility People, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging top talent within the Energy, Water, and Utilities sectors. Your responsibilities will include leveraging advanced search techniques, screening candidates and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals, using Boolean search techniques
2. Review and assess applications to match candidates with suitable roles
3. Format CVs and create detailed candidate profiles for shortlisted applicants
4. Assist in the full recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews
5. Provide candidates with regular updates and feedback throughout their recruitment journey
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions
7. Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and company culture
Skills and Experience required:
8. Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role
9. Skilled in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing
10. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates, clients, and colleagues
12. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach
13. Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
