Apprentice receptionist/legal secretary required for small family law practice.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and provide them with refreshments when attending in reception.
2. Answer telephone enquiries and manage staff diaries, diverting calls to the appropriate member of staff.
3. Routine typing, photocopying, filing and general office administration.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
5. General office stock maintenance.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent customer and telephone manner.
2. Good diary management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
4. Experience in audio typing is desired, but full training will be given.
5. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The chosen candidate will be offered an apprenticeship with training from a local provider working towards a qualification in Office Business Admin. The position would suit individuals aged 16 years and above.
