Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Business Administration Apprentices to join the wider Communications team giving the opportunity to learn vocational skills whilst studying towards a nationally recognised qualification. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, dedicated and able to demonstrate a high level of commitment. The posts are fixed term 21-month contracts, 37.5hrs Mon-Fri. The salary for the first year is 14,762pa, rising to national minimum wage from month 13. The roles are based within very busy and fast-paced teams, undertaking a wide range of administrative support tasks. Main duties of the job Role 1 Medical Illustration, based at Heartlands hospital with some travel to other sites DUTIES INCLUDE Greeting patients, answering phone calls Booking in work requests Checking shared Inboxes Deliveries/collections Role 2 Communications, based across hospital sites DUTIES INCLUDE General general office duties; monitoring shared inbox, answering phone, directing enquiries, deliveries and collections, displaying materials Event support Online media sweeps Monitoring Trust social media accounts Upload digital content Applicants must be: Aged 16 Resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years, any VISA must cover the duration of the apprenticeship Must NOT be in any form of formal government-funded education or already have a qualification in the specific apprenticeship standard.
