One of my clients is looking for a clerical officer. This is a temporary role for 6 months with a possible further extension.
The role is based within the payments and billing team, dealing with telephone and email enquiries from Adult Social Care clients regarding their care invoices. Responsibilities include:
1. Checking information for accuracy prior to invoices being sent.
2. Liaising with families, care providers, clients, and their representatives using a variety of communication methods.
3. Utilizing IT systems, including Word and Excel.
4. Demonstrating good interpersonal skills to communicate appropriately.
5. Exhibiting attention to detail and the ability to check data carefully.
Office-based in Bootle during the training period and then a minimum of one day per week.
This is a contract role where the position can be extended further or terminated earlier due to performance or budgets. The rate advertised is as an umbrella rate of pay.
