This will include the processing of purchase orders received, issuing sales transaction invoices, dealing with customers by phone or email to answer queries, maintaining and updating sales records, liaising with various departments internally to ensure orders and queries are dealt with efficiently. Essential duties and responsibilities Include the following: 1. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to safety and will be a willing & active participant in all relevant company safety, health & environmental campaigns & initiatives. 2. Processing customer purchase orders. 3. Raising internal sales orders and issuing paperwork to relevant departments. 4. Liaising with external logistics providers to ensure prompt delivery. 5. Liaising with departments including despatch and planning to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. 6. Maintain KPI documents to measure customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Act as first point of call for customer complaints, liaising with quality team to address.
