About the role: As a support worker you will: assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, household chores and personal care. provide personalised support and supporting with physical needs including hoisting. encourage independence and social inclusion by doing fun, fulfilling activities. work closely with family, management and healthcare professionals to provide excellent care. participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. No previous experience is required as full training will be given. Requirements: You will need a full UK driving licence for this role You will need to be flexible to work a range of shifts including day, evenings and weekend. Waking night shifts are available too. You will need to have a caring, passionate and patient approach You will need strong communication and team working skills Due to the support required, this position is open to female applicants only, as the role is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010 Salary - £25,028.57 per annum (FTE 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time) Full and part time positions available Why work for us?
