If so, this job could be for you Were looking for a dedicated and passionate Marketing Assistant to join the team, and work with some of the UKs biggest Football Clubs. Along with the Marketing Manager, you will help promote and sell our online competitions via a range of social media platforms, providing excellent customer service and engagement. With support from the rest of the FP Team, you will enhance our customers experience via social media to help build our clients audience and presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Responsibilities: Assisting with all digital activities and any additional tasks that may arise Assisting in creating dynamic written and graphic content for all of the online competitions Assisting the Marketing Manager with daily posting and social listening Scheduling social media posts to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits. Writes and distributes e-newsletters and offers to the FP community Working with the Marketing Manager, completing administrative tasks to ensure online competitions reach the desired number of sales. Identify social media opportunities by staying informed on the latest social media changes, updates, trends and new features, Requirements: Having a good level of football knowledge / product and brand knowledge is preferred. Our social engagement is paramount for the business to grow. We need to be able to develop and advertise the best competitions for our FP community, so having a good understanding of what's happening in the world of Football is key Headlines: Good level of Football knowledge Minimum 3 years experience in marketing Experience working on social media for business. High level of attention to detail Administratively focused Good communicator both written and verbal Proficiency in using programmes like Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook etc for admin tasks.
