The Role:
As an EYFS & KS1 Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons to children in EYFS and Key Stage 1 .
* Support the academic and emotional development of young learners, helping them build strong foundations for their education.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and motivated to learn.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and dynamic approach to teaching.
* Monitor and assess children s progress, providing tailored feedback and support to ensure every child achieves their potential.
* Stay committed to continuous professional development and attend relevant training, meetings, and conferences.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* QTS or proven experience working within EYFS or KS1 settings.
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Key Stage 1 .
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students.
