We are currently seeking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join our Client Services department. In this busy and enjoyable role, you will ensure the efficient operation of the reception desk and support the students and staff entering the building comply with security procedures and ensuring that visitors report to reception. You will be expected to handle all student and staff general enquiries both in person and across the phone, referring them when necessary. Your main responsibility will be greeting all visitors, issuing their visitor passes and directing them when needed. You will also liaise with Premises Officers and duty managers using our internal radio system and have the overall responsibility for the supervision and maintenance of specified areas. The successful candidate must have: Math and English GCSE or equivalent Experience of customer service best practice Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems Experience in a customer facing role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask with excellent organisational skills If this sounds like you and you will enjoy working in a forward thinking, friendly, fast paced, changing environment with state-of-the-art facilities, we would love to hear from you.
