Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time working hours.
Contract: please note, this is a temporary contract, with potential to be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will be:
1. Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries.
2. Managing queries via telephone, live chat, email and face to face.
3. Liaise with internal and external contacts, to resolve queries.
4. Update customer information on the internal system.
5. Coordinate appointments with suppliers, customers and contractors.
6. Following up on complex customer queries, to ensure a high standard of resolution.
7. Ad hoc administrative support.
8. Ensure up to date knowledge of policies and procedures.
9. Analyse reoccurring queries and feedback to senior management.
Ideally, you will be/have:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Able to communicate effectively.
3. Strong IT skills and able to use Microsoft Packages.
4. Able to remain level headed during busy periods.
5. Good self-organisation skills.
6. Able to work towards KPIs and targets.
