We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work within our Kings Lynn Branch.

The Role
1. Attracting, interviewing, assessing, and inducting potential candidates
2. Ensuring the client’s staffing requirements are always met
3. Managing a temporary workforce
4. Responsible for weekly payroll, costs and KPI reports
5. Responsible for PPE distribution and management
6. Daily liaison with client management and candidate’s pool
7. Daily site attendance checks
8. Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes

Experience & Requirements
1. Experience in the recruitment industry preferable, although training will be provided
2. Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
3. Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
4. Full driving license is essential
Negotiable, depending on experience, with an attractive commission scheme.
