Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for our location in Morley (South Leeds), United Kingdom. The role involves:
1. Managing the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
2. Overseeing guest security, visitor sign-ins, and providing health & safety briefings.
3. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
4. Coordinating maintenance, managing fleet and mileage.
5. Organizing office events, tracking expenses, and leading administrative projects, ensuring health and safety compliance.
6. Preparing reports, presentations, drafting correspondence, and recording meeting minutes with follow-up.
7. Supporting high-priority projects and providing administrative support to leadership and staff.
Minimum requirements include:
1. At least three years of experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or equivalent), preferably in a fast-paced SME or Med Tech environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting; experience with expense systems like Concur is a plus.
4. Ability to build positive relationships, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information professionally.
