We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Account Administrator to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing financial records, handling accounts payable, and using various accounting software tools, including Sage 50, Sage Payroll, and Factory Master. It is a permanent position (on contract) Key Responsibilities : - Accurately and efficiently handle accounts payable transactions - Manage customer payments, bank transfers, and follow up on overdue accounts - Process payroll using Sage Payroll - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data consistency - Use accounting software such as Sage and Factory Master to manage financial data - Support financial reporting processes - Collaborate with other departments as required - Perform additional administrative tasks relevant to the role Qualifications and Experience - Demonstrated experience with accounting software, particularly Sage 50 and Sage Payroll - Strong attention to detail and precision in managing financial data - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience in accounts payable and payroll is preferred - Training will be provided as needed Join us as an Account Administrator to support our financial activities and make the most of your skills in accounting software.
