Responsibilities:
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Cash management, whilst liaising with internal and external parties
* Calculating, processing, and paying refunds for customers
* Payment/debt collections from customers
* Bank and supplier reconciliations
* Collaborating with internal and external parties whilst building strong relationships across internal departments
* Researching and responding to accounts receivable inquiries in a timely manner
* Dealing with customer queries
Requirements:
As a Finance Administrator, you will ideally have one of the following:
* Studying for AAT and seeking a finance role with a variation of admin, finance, and operations
* Finance experience seeking a varied role
* Strong admin skills, basic finance knowledge, and attention to detail
