Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls for bookings, payments, and enquiries.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in data entry and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office protocols.
Experience working with online diary booking systems for patients.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
