Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team at AM Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading proposals and cost estimates for various projects.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Bids and Tenders team in preparing bids and tender documents;
* Providing robust proposals, including estimates for project costs, products, and services;
* Liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met;
* Collaborating with the Tender Manager on bid submissions;
* Assisting the sales team with proposal preparation and tracking costs;
Requirements:
* Engineering degree (desired);
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
* Excellent communication skills;
* A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) grade A–C;
* Eagerness to develop knowledge and attend training sessions;
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
