Our client is looking for candidates who can provide exceptional customer support through email, live-chat, and social media. Ensuring high levels of first-time resolution and customer satisfaction globally.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members, departments, and 3rd party suppliers to resolve customer support issues via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
Perform administrative tasks related to customer orders and logistics.
Work with Senior Customer Care Advisors, Team Leaders, and Managers to enhance first-time resolution practices.
Address delivery issues with carrier partners and process refunds when necessary.
Communicate with customers worldwide.
Develop and utilise dashboards and reports for issue recognition.
Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as directed.
The candidate
Fluency in English.
Proven customer service skills
An interest in Beauty
Understanding of customer confidentiality and payment processing.
Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and keyboard skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
Strong MS Office skills: knowledge of Zendesk is beneficial.
Availability to work weekends
