You will be working on Cladding Remediation, EWS1, Public and Private Sector and Fire Compliance. Your new role Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost control Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor quotations and preparation of payment applications Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial reports What you'll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role working with a consultancy Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What you'll get in return Salary from £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience package benefits Flexible working up to 2 days per week 26 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) Private healthcare If this sounds like the role for you then please get in touch via the contact details below. 4617762
