Job Description A vacancy has arisen in our Caretaking Service for a Senior Caretaker to supervise a team of Housing Caretakers. You will directly lead staff providing on site services to our tenants and residents. You will be required to demonstrate previous experience of line management/staff supervision. You will be required to carry out site inspections in challenging and physically demanding housing properties and residential estates. You will be required to communicate effectively with our tenants and residents; contractors; housing team members. You will require a knowledge of Health & Safety at Work legislation as well as Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.
