We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Marketing Economics function and optimise spend allocation decisions to efficiently drive short and long-term Business growth, in a complex, global Business environment with multiple Marketing channels and sales verticals. Working closely with our Marketing Economics lead, you will develop a unified Marketing measurement approach, levering sales attribution, incrementality testing, causal inference and Marketing Mix Modelling to confidently evaluate & optimise the true ROI of our Marketing and clearly presenting and contextualising this to support our Marketing leadership team. What will this role be responsible for delivering on? Developing Marketing Mix modelling (MMM) at Skyscanner, initially via a third party Developing an incrementality / geo testing plan to validate / complement our Marketing Mix Model's insights into incremental ROIs Informing the evolution of our Marketing attribution model Guiding spend allocation decisions, reconciling insights from Marketing attribution, MMM and testing What skills do we need? Deep understanding of Marketing economics / ROI evaluation approaches. In particular: designing and analysing incrementality testing, causal inference analysis Experience working with Marketing Mix Modelling providers Strong SQL & Python skills. Ability to reconcile and contextualise insights from different sources to guide the decision-making process Strong collaboration & communication skills. In particular, ability to efficiently communicate to a Senior audience. What can we teach you? What will you learn?
