An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a national, very well-established learning disabilities care provider to become Deputy Manager of two supported living services in Tiverton.
You will have good experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Some of your time will be spent working closely with the team of support workers, using your experience to coach and inspire them, ensuring your clients have the best possible care, but with the majority of your time spent on management tasks, policy development, quality and compliance and more.
Very important is a true passion for providing quality care, and dedication to ensuring your clients have the best possible levels of support enabling them to lead the most independent and rewarding lives possible.
You will be part of a team of Deputy Managers, with a talented senior management team in place which ensures you will have support, mentoring and opportunities for personal and professional development. This also leads to a realistic chance for progression to registered manager/regional management and beyond.
